Stone grinded nut butter is the optimal nut butter as the temperature inside the grinder never rises beyond 50C where as in colloidal mill temperature can go beyond 120C.
In Natural peanut butter there are no emulsifiers, hydrogenated fats so the consistency is liquidy.
Dried Fruits!
In natural peanut butter oil rises up when jar is sitting on counter for a while. Peanuts are dense too, they get to the bottom of jar and oil rises up. So if you see oil on top just mix it well.
